Summary

Machine-generated summary

The German Navy Museum plans a new storage depot in Wilhelmshaven Ruestersiel to preserve its collections safely in the long term. The depot will have a gross floor area of about 1,770 sqm, plus around 400 sqm of adjacent functional spaces, with provision for future extension. The contract covers freelance planning services in building physics: thermal protection and energy balancing, building acoustics and sound insulation, and room acoustics, in line with the HOAI service profiles (Annex 1.2). The project is a federally funded grant measure, subject to review by an authority, and ecological and sustainable construction aspects must be considered. Handover is planned by 31.12.2027, with full completion by 30.06.2028.
