Germany - Architectural services for buildings - 2026 primary school Koellerbach extension and conversion, object planning

01

The city of Püttlingen is procuring architectural object planning services for the Kyllberg primary school in Koellerbach. Based on the legal entitlement to all-day childcare from 2029 and current pupil number forecasts, the school requires a larger dining hall extension (construction phase 1) and conversion works to the existing building (construction phase 2). Estimated costs are around EUR 700,000 net for phase 1 and around EUR 400,000 net for phase 2, covering cost groups 300 to 600. The contract covers object planning services under Section 34 HOAI, service phases 2 to 9. The client reserves the right to commission individual service phases step by step; there is no entitlement to all phases, and commissioned phases must be performed. The project is expected to receive public funding.
