Description

Das Verfahren wird als einphasiger, nichtoffener hochbaulicher und freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb mit Ideenteil durchgeführt. Eine maximale Teilnehmerzahl von 15 wird angestrebt. Der Durchführung des Wettbewerbs liegen die RPW 2013 in der vom BMVBS herausgegebenen Fassung (Stand: 31.01.2013) mit dem Einführungserlass des Landes Hessen veröffentlicht am 07.04.2014 im Staatsanzeiger 15/2014, S. 327, zugrunde. Die Anwendung und Anerkennung der RPW 2013 ist für die Ausloberin und Teilnehmer sowie alle übrigen Beteiligten verbindlich, soweit diese Auslobung nicht ausdrücklich davon abweicht. Ausloberin, Teilnehmende sowie alle am Verfahren Beteiligten erkennen den Inhalt dieser Auslobung an. An der Vorbereitung dieses Wettbewerbs hat der Wettbewerbsausschuss der Architekten- und Stadtplanerkammer Hessen beratend mitgewirkt. Die Auslobung wurde dort unter der Nummer 07/2026 RPW 2013 registriert. Im Anschluss an das Wettbewerbsverfahren wird ein VgV-Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb zunächst mit dem ersten Preisträger durchgeführt. Im Falle des Scheiterns dieser Verhandlungen wird ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit allen weiteren Preisträgern durchgeführt. Gegenstand des Wettbewerbs ist der Neubau einer Kultur- und Begegnungsstätte „Am Dohlberg“ in Büdingen sowie die Gestaltung der zugehörigen Freiflächen im Realisierungsteil sowie des Sportparks im Ideenteil. Es sind bereits im Rahmen des Wettbewerbs Konzepte für die strukturelle und materielle Ausgestaltung des Gebäudes sowie für grundlegende Konzepte für einen nachhaltigen und energiesparenden Betrieb über den gesamten Lebenszyklus zu berücksichtigen. Ebenso sind Belange des Brandschutzes zu be-trachten und bei der Entwurfsbearbeitung mitzudenken.
