Description

Mit der Neugestaltung des Zentralen Omnibusbahnhofs (ZOB) im Rahmen der städtebaulichen Entwicklung des Bahnhofsquartiers soll eine funktionale, gestalterisch hochwertige und zukunftsfähige Überdachung realisiert werden. Der neue ZOB, dessen Grundlagen durch städtebaulich-freiraumplanerisch-verkehrsfunktionalen Wettbewerb 2021/22 sowie den Rahmenplanbeschluss des Gemeinderats vom 18.12.2023 geschaffen wurden, umfasst künftig 16 Bussteige und bildet einen zentralen Baustein der Quartiersentwicklung. Die Gesamtfläche des neuen ZOB beträgt rund 6.000 m² und beinhaltet neben den Bussteigen großzügige Fußgänger-, Warte- und Aufenthaltsbereiche. Über einen interdisziplinären Realisierungswettbewerb soll nun das architektonische und landschaftsarchitektonische Konzept für die Überdachung des ZOB sowie dem Funktionsgebäude, inkl. entwurfsabhängig gestalteter Freiräume qualifiziert werden. Grundlage hierfür ist eine Verkehrsanlagenplanung, die die verkehrstechnischen Rahmenbedingungen definiert. Das ausgeschriebene Leistungsbild umfasst nachfolgende Positionen gem. HOAI 2021: - Objektplanung Gebäude, gem. § 34 HOAI 2021, LP 1 bis 9 - Objektplanung Freianlagen, gem. § 39 HOAI 2021, LP 1 bis 4 sowie durch angemessene Weiterbeauftragung (Teile der Ausführungsplanung) sicherzustellen, dass die Qualität des Entwurfs umgesetzt wird (z.B. über Leitdetails). Leitdetails für Freianlagen umfassen dabei z.B.: fortgeschriebene Oberflächenqualitäten, Verlegedetails, Einfassungen, Bepflanzung. Der Leistungsumfang beschränkt sich ausschließlich auf die Bereiche innerhalb der Busborde. Fahrbahnen für den Kfz- und Busverkehr sind ausdrücklich nicht Bestandteil der Beauftragung. - Tragwerksplanung gem. § 51 HOAI 2021, LP 1 bis 6 Die Beauftragung ist stufenweise vorgesehen.
