Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Velbert is procuring engineering services for outdoor facilities planning, covering service phases 1 to 9 under HOAI or AHO in full or in part, for the climate-adapted redesign of the schoolyard of the Gerhart-Hauptmann municipal community primary school at Bartelskamp in Velbert. The project is funded under the EFRE/JTF NRW 2021-2027 programme as part of the 'Climate-resilient schoolyards Velbert' measure, contributing to a CO2-neutral city. The planning focuses on coping with drought, heat and heavy rainfall, including a third infiltration trench, green facade work on the north facade and demolition of a former caretaker's house. Construction costs are estimated at around EUR 2.3 million gross (KG 500). The procedure is a negotiated procedure with a prior European participation competition.

Description

Gemeinschaftsgrundschule in Velbert.
