Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe public buyer is seeking architectural and engineering planning services for the Nordlicht-Schule. The project aims to promote inclusion and relieve structural shortages by adding classrooms and permanently housing the open all-day school facility. It involves two interconnected sub-projects: remodeling the existing building to create functional spaces for the all-day program, and constructing a new extension to accommodate campus classes currently using provisional rooms. This will resolve space conflicts and create a sustainable structure. Due to urgent space constraints, planning must be coordinated and schedule-oriented.
