Summary
Machine-generated summaryA German contracting body is procuring specialist engineering planning services for technical building equipment under HOAI sections 53 ff, service phases 1 to 4, with an option to extend to phases 5 to 9. The works concern Building O within the ensemble at Marienfelder Allee 66-80, which serves as the Marienfelde Emergency Refugee Centre memorial, to be modernised with a new permanent exhibition. The main focus is renewing the high-voltage electrical installations; planning for other system groups will be needed to a lesser extent, based on a required survey of existing conditions. Services include preparing pre-planning and construction planning documents under Berlin LHO rules for submission to reviewing authorities.
