Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority is procuring building design services, commissioned stage by stage, covering performance phases 1 to 8 in accordance with the HOAI fee structure for architects and engineers. The project concerns an extension to the Dermatology Clinic. The design covers the plot, where existing single-storey outbuildings and a greenhouse are to be demolished while retaining natural stone walls and, where possible, mature trees including a large plane tree. Waste container areas on the clinic grounds are to be relocated. The feasibility study foresees a three-storey extension with a basement and two upper floors, possibly with an additional basement for ventilation equipment to be verified. The L-shaped building will house rooms for the oncology infusion outpatient clinic on the ground floor and the private outpatient clinic on the first floor, including office, staff, treatment and examination rooms with ancillary spaces.
