Summary

Machine-generated summary

The municipality procures architect services for the energy refurbishment and renovation of the sports and multi-purpose hall in Erkelenz, district Lövenich. The hall, built in 1974 and extended in 2025, has about 890 m2 of usable space and serves school and club sports as well as local clubs as an event venue. Works include replacing the asbestos-contaminated corrugated fibre cement roof with a new, better insulated roof covering, possible installation of ceiling radiant panels and a photovoltaic system, structural strengthening of the steel truss load-bearing structure, renewal of the lightning protection including facade down conductors, repair of the exterior masonry joints, refurbishment of load-bearing bracing components, and interior renovation of all hall areas.
