Summary

Machine-generated summary

The district of Minden-Lübbecke awarded a contract for technical building equipment planning services as part of the energy-efficient renovation of the visitor mine and museum Kleinenbremen. The site is the only authentically preserved iron ore mine and museum in the Westphalia region, with buildings erected between 1935 and 1938 and protected as a listed ensemble since the property has served as a museum since 1988. The contract was won by Ingenieurbüro Schröder & Partner for EUR 23,912.60. The awarded price matched the estimated value, as the awarded amount was the same as the estimate within 1%.
