Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe contracting authority is procuring operational and organisational planning services for the new hospital building at the Nordstadt site in Singen (new hospital build GLKN). The scope follows a project-specific service profile divided into five work steps: agreeing the approach, participants and schedule; recording and discussing user requirements; detailing the operational organisation concept including the positioning of functional units; calculating staffing needs for the new building via simulation; and additional special services. Only work step 1 is awarded initially; later steps are called off successively under a staged contract.
