Das ausgeschriebene Leistungsbild für die Generalplanung umfasst wie folgt: - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 HOAI 2021 (HZ IV unten) für LPH 1-4, LPH 5 für Leitdetails, LPH 6-7 für FLB, LPH 8 für Bauüberwachung (Bausoll, Qualitätssicherung) - Objektplanung Freianlagen gem. § 39 HOAI 2021 (HZ IV unten) für LPH 1-5, LPH 6-7 für FLB, LPH 8 für Bauüberwachung (Bausoll, Qualitätssicherung). - Fachplanerleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung gem. § 55 HOAI 2021 für die nachfolgenden Anlagengruppen (ALG) gem. § 53 HOAI 2021: ALG 1, Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen ALG 2: Wärmeversorgungsanlagen ALG 3: Lufttechnische Anlagen ALG 4: Starkstromanlagen ALG 5: Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen ALG 6: Förderanlagen Anlagengruppe ALG 7.1: Küchentechnische Anlagen; ALG 8, Gebäudeautomation, LPH 1-5, LPH 6-7 für FLB, LP8 Bauüberwachung - Tragwerksplanung LPH 1-6 gem.
