Summary

Machine-generated summary

The city of Cottbus is procuring technical building services planning (HLS) for the development of the comprehensive school site at Joliot-Curie-Strasse/Gartenstrasse. In the early planning phases, the existing buildings and site areas are to be assessed and a functional use concept for the whole site developed with the user, including shared facilities such as an assembly hall and sports hall. The dilapidated sports hall and insufficient capacity may be replaced by a new two-court sports hall. Construction will partly continue under ongoing use and proceed in several build phases, whose logistics must be planned and coordinated with the user. Sustainable building quality guidance is to inform the project.
