Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer is seeking planning services for building services engineering (technical equipment, service phases 1 to 9 under HOAI 2021) for the renovation and expansion of the Albhalle, a sports and multi-purpose hall in Granheim, Germany. The project includes a timber stage extension usable as a sports room, additional changing rooms, a larger sanitary block, and energy modernisation of the 40-year-old building envelope. The existing oil heating is to be replaced sustainably. The hall serves schools and clubs from six surrounding villages. Commissioning is staggered, with possible special services.
