Projekt Erneuerung der Molemauer am Gondelhafen Gesucht wird ein Generalplaner für Objektplanung Ing.-Bauwerke, Tragwerksplanung Baugrube, Tragwerksplanung Ing.-Bauwerk sowie Freiraumplanung (Architekt). Diese Leistungen sollen zusammen als GP-Vergabe ausgeschrieben und vergeben werden. Der GP bündelt alle genannten Teildisziplinen in einem einzigen Vertrag. Er fungiert als zentraler Vertrags-partner und Koordinator für den Bauherrn. Struktur der geforderten Planungsleistungen Die Beauftragung gliedert sich nach der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) in folgende Leistungsbilder: - Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke (§ 41 ff. HOAI): Das Kernstück des Projekts. Hierunter fallen die eigentliche Gestaltung, funktionelle Planung und bauliche Durchbildung des Ingenieurbauwerks selbst. - Tragwerksplanung Ingenieurbauwerk (§ 49 ff. HOAI): Die statische Berechnung, die Bemessung des Tragwerks (Stahlbeton, Stahl etc.) und die Erstellung der Schal- und Bewehrungspläne. - Tragwerksplanung Baugrube: Die statische Dimensionierung der Baugrubensicherung (z. B. Spundwände, Schlitzwände oder Bohrpfahlwände). - Freiraumplanung / Freianlagen (§ 38 ff. HOAI): Die gestalterische Einbindung des Bauwerks in die Umgebung durch einen Landschaftsarchitekten oder Architekten (z. B. Oberflächengestaltung, Be-grünung, Entwässerung der Außenanlagen).
