Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority is procuring object planning services for engineering structures under Part 3, Section 3, Section 43 HOAI for the Oberst-Hermann Barracks in Eutin, in two projects. Project 125VS513 covers clearance of the roughly 10 hectare extension area, currently used as agricultural land, including nature conservation surveys and measures with a landscape management plan, construction of the coarse levelling plan for the building fields and access routes, balancing of existing height differences, updating the property documentation through a measured survey recorded in the LISA system, and planning under the BIM methodology. Project 125VS514 covers the development of the extension to serve planned new buildings, sports facilities and infrastructure for the training centre, and preparation for further development into the remaining area. Documents are available on the meinauftrag.rib.de e-tendering platform.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €559,113
€430,517 to €575,887

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 97% of their published estimate, half of them between 77% and 103%, based on 711 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
