Summary

Machine-generated summary

University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is procuring specialist technical planning services for medical technology, cost groups 473 and 620, for phase 2 of its new central hospital on the Venusberg campus. The project is a replacement building for the surgical centre (B 22) with about 17,789 m2 of usable floor area, comprising 21 operating theatres, 48 intensive care beds, 130 general care beds, outpatient and doctor service areas, and an extension of central radiology (CT/MRI). The structure includes a ground floor, four upper floors and one basement. The construction cost ceiling is 235 million euros, with at least 10 percent better energy efficiency than the nearly zero-energy building standard, BNB Silver certification, and BIM-based planning coordinated by the object planner.
