Summary

Machine-generated summary

Public relations and neighbourhood management services are being procured for the Dueren North urban renewal area from 2027. The measure, funded by urban development grants, forms part of the NRW model project on problem properties and is based on the IHaKo Dueren North. Services include public relations around the model house and historic or problem buildings, media accompaniment of renovation processes so the public can take part, organisation of information events, forums and property exchanges to inform owners and investors, and image campaigns and art actions promoting Dueren North locally, regionally and beyond as a liveable residential and creative location.
