Summary

Machine-generated summary

This tender covers the preparation of an interdisciplinary feasibility study for the general renovation of the Nationaltheater, the venue of the Bavarian State Opera, Bavarian State Orchestra and Bavarian State Ballet in Munich. The complex includes the scenery magazine on Alfons-Goppel-Strasse, the 'Neue Probengebaeude' at Marstallplatz completed in 2003, and the Bavarian State Ballet buildings at Platzl 6 and 7. The study must address technical renovation needs, optimisation of operational processes, possible extension options, heritage conservation and energy optimisation of building services. It will be developed iteratively in parallel with a user needs concept ('Opera of the Future') and interim solution planning.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €714,286
€550,000 to €735,714

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 97% of their published estimate, half of them between 77% and 103%, based on 706 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
