Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority is procuring architectural and engineering services for object planning of road facilities, service phases 1 and 2 under the HOAI fee structure. The project involves upgrading the B 31 road to three lanes at Rötenbach and merging the two existing junctions B 31/L 182 and B 31/K 4992 into a single junction to improve road safety and even traffic flow. The L 182 junction, previously an accident black spot, is to be redesigned for greater safety. The plan also includes an eastern connection of the existing service and rest area to the B 31. Service phases 1 and 2 will be carried out using Building Information Modeling methodology, making planning model-based and transparent from the outset.
