Summary

Machine-generated summary

The town of Hoerstel is procuring architectural and engineering services for the comprehensive renovation of the sports hall at the Hakenberg School, aiming to achieve the Effizienzhaus 55 EE standard and improve the energy efficiency of municipal buildings. The hall comprises a three-field sports hall with ancillary rooms, a grandstand whose retractable section will be abandoned, two judo rooms in the basement and ground floor, and a foyer. The hall was closed in May 2024 due to structural defects and is currently used provisionally until end of 2026. Planning must keep the gymnasium room added in 2016 in use during construction, and the judo room in use as long as possible. Net floor area is 2,350 sqm, gross area around 2,590 sqm. Funding comes from KfW BEG Kommunen, with the grant decision already issued.

Description

HOAI § 34 i. V. m. Anlage 10) - inkl. Rückbauplanung in Abstimmung mit der Schadstoffsanierung; - Tragwerksplanung (Leistungsphasen 1 - 6 gem. HOAI § 51 i. V. m. Anlage 14, inkl. Konstruktiver Brandschutz); - Technische Ausrüstung (Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 gem. HOAI § 55 i. V. m. Anlage 15, Anlagengruppen 1 - 5 und 8 - 9; Anlagengruppe 6 optional); - Bauphysik - Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung gem. HOAI; - Bauphysik - Bauakustik / Schallschutz gem. HOAI; - Bauphysik - Raumakustik gem. HOAI; - Brandschutz gem. AHO; - SiGeKo; - Barrierefreikonzept.
