Description

Die Innung für Elektrotechnik Recklinghausen beabsichtigt Planungsleistungen für Gebäude und Innenräume zu vergeben. Es ist beabsichtigt das zu Schulungszwecken genutzte 2-geschossige Gebäude in Recklinghausen für zukünftige Nutzungen bedarfsgerecht baulich zu modernisieren und umzubauen. Mit dem Vorhaben sollen folgende Maßnahmen im laufenden Betrieb umgesetzt werden: Schaffung eines Werkstattraums nebst Lagerflächen gemäß Raumprogramm im Gutachten, Verlegung und Ergänzung Umkleide- und Sanitärbereich im Souterrain, Einbau eines Aufzugs, energetische Modernisierung des Daches, Neuaufbau einer Wärmeerzeugung und Verteilung, neue Hausanschlüsse Strom und Wasser. Das Gebäude ist als Stahlbetonskelettkonstruktion mit Wandausfachungen in den Hang eingebaut, so dass das Untergeschoss mehr als hälftig unter der Geländeoberfläche liegt. Das Dach ist als Fachdachkonstruktion errichtet. Die Fertigstellung ist derzeit bis 3. Quartal 2028 vorgesehen. Die Kosten (KG 300 - 500 und 700) der Maßnahme werden derzeit mit rund 2,55 Mio. Euro / brutto angesetzt. Die Maßnahme wird zu 90 % mit Bundesmitteln gefördert. Der Eigenanteil beträgt 10 %. Ein qualifizierter Förderantrag wurde bereits erarbeitet, eingereicht und vorgeprüft. Ggf. wird eine Aktualisierung der Kosten und Termine erforderlich. Die Förderzusage konnte noch nicht erteilt werden, da die Beauftragung der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume nicht über alle Leistungsphasen erfolgt ist. Der Auftrag umfasst freiberufliche Planungsleistungen. Folgende Leistungen sollen vergeben werden: - Gebäude und Innenräume (Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 gem. HOAI § 34 i. V. m. Anlage 10) - inkl. ggf. erforderlicher Rückbauplanung; - (optional) Barrierefreikonzept. Die geforderten Leistungen orientieren sich an den Leistungsbildern der HOAI. Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung vor. In der Verhandlungsphase (2. Stufe des Verfahrens) werden die Bieter aufgefordert, anhand der mit Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen eine Einschätzung der in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 3 (Gebäude und Innenräume) noch zu erbringenden Leistungen vorzunehmen.
