Summary

Machine-generated summary

The town of Warendorf is procuring project management services for the redevelopment of the former Brinkhaus industrial site, a 4.2 hectare brownfield area owned by the town and located near the Ems river and Emssee. The successful bidder will provide services across all stages of the staged service profile set out in AHO No. 9 'Project management in the construction and real estate industry' (May 2025 edition). The site's development plan procedure resumed in 2026, with expert reports on traffic, noise, habitats, species protection and contaminated land already prepared, and the urban development is to be co-financed through urban development funding.
