Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer, in the context of the urban redevelopment of the North Head quarter in central Wolfsburg, Germany, is procuring landscape architecture planning services (§ 39 HOAI) for the climate-resilient redesign of the station passage, a car-free pedestrian axis of about 9,800 m2 linking the city centre and the main station. The scope covers integrated planning of public open spaces, including paths and drainage based on the sponge city principle, urban uses, design quality and heritage aspects near Sara-Frenkel-Platz. Small businesses may bid under the stated tendering procedure.
