Description

Vertragsgegenstand ist ein Rahmenvertrag gem. § 19 SektVO betreffend die Lieferung und vollständige Installation bzw. Implementierung sowie Inbetriebnahme eines automatischen Fahrgastzählsystems (AFZS) für Busse. Erfasst ist davon die Ausstattung von mindestens 92 Bussen (Solo- und Gelenkbusse) aus der Fahrzeugflotte der Auftragsunternehmer des Auftraggebers. Maximal können auf der Grundlage dieser Ausschreibung über die Rahmenvereinbarung Ausstattungen für bis zu 130 Busse abgerufen werden. Der Erstabruf (Implementierung und Abnahme des Systems) muss aufgrund von bestehenden Förderbedingungen zum 30.09.2027 abgeschlossen sein. Die Projektdauer ist auf 8 Jahre ab Abnahme angesetzt. Die Zählsysteme bzw. Hintergrundsysteme müssen autark betrieben werden, sodass diese, ohne weiteren Eingriff eines anderen Systems, die gesammelten Zähldaten an einer zentralen Stelle zur Weiterverarbeitung zur Verfügung stellen können. Das beinhaltet auch die Forderung, dass das Hintergrundsystem das parallele Nutzen von mehreren Nutzern, mit verschiedenen Rollen, zeitgleich zulässt und die Nutzerrollen vom Auftraggeber frei konfigurierbar und jederzeit änderbar sind. Zudem muss der vom Auftraggeber frei konfigurierbare Remote-Zugriff auf die AFZS-Steuereinheit im Fahrzeug von mehreren Nutzern jederzeit gewährleistet sein.
