Preliminary project for the migration to SAP S/4HANA

The FernUniversitaet in Hagen, a German distance-learning university, is publicly tendering consulting services for the migration of its SAP systems to S/4HANA. Since 2011 the university has operated an SAP landscape covering financial management, human resources, procurement, building management, and warehouse and logistics, consisting of ERP, SRM/MDM, BI, eWM, PI, SF systems and Solution Manager. The preliminary project should support strategic decision-making, define the migration strategy, and deliver a roadmap and list of measures for the main project. A contingent of 130 person-days is planned, called off as needed and billed by effort; 50 person-days are a minimum take, with no obligation for the rest. Performance is to start as soon as possible.
