Erweiterung der Patientenaufklärung eConsent Pro um Module zur Digitalisierung Beschreibung der Ausgangssituation: Das Gemeinschaftsklinikum Mittelrhein nutzt die Lösung eConsent Pro des Anbieters Thime um Patienten rechtskonform über Behandlungen, Eingriffe und Anästhesie aufzuklären. Die standardisiert bereitgestellten Aufklärungsbögen sind im Klinikalltag etabliert. Beschreibung des Zielbilds: Der Auftraggeber verfolgt das Ziel den Prozess der Patientenaufklärung zu digitalisieren. Dabei sollen die etablierten Bögen inhaltlich weiterverwendet werden. Darüber hinaus soll es Patient*innen ermöglicht werden, über das Patientenportal des Auftraggebers auf Aufklärungsbögen zuzugreifen, die ihnen vorher durch Klinikpersonal zugewiesen worden sind. So sollen die Patient*innen sich bereits im Vorfeld ihres Klinikaufenthaltes mit den Behandlungen auseinandersetzen, die Bögen vorab ausfüllen und Fragen notieren können. Nachdem die Bögen im jeweiligen Aufklärungsgespräch gemeinsam besprochen wurden, sollen die Bögen digital auf Tablets rechtssicher unterschrieben und anschließend an das KIS übertragen werden. Begründung zur Produktspezifischen Ausschreibung: Damit die Abläufe in den Krankenhäusern weiterhin gut funktionieren sollen die Aufklärungsbögen inhaltlich nicht verändert werden. Der Aufklärungsprozess soll lediglich digitalisiert und die Bögen anschließend in digitaler Form in das KIS übermittelt werden. Die Marktanalyse hat ergeben, dass es außer dem Anbieter Thieme keinen weiteren Anbieter am Markt gibt, der Aufklärungsbögen in allen klinischen Fachbereichen vorhält, die im Gemeinschaftsklinikum benötigt werden. Die im Zielbild beschriebene Lösung, nach der die Aufklärungsbögen über das Patientenportal an Patienten gesendet werden sollen, ist seitens des Patientenportalanbieters Dedalus ausschließlich mit den Aufklärungssystem-Lösungen der Firma Thime möglich.
