Description

Der ZRF Oberpfalz-Nord beabsichtigt, eine Dienstleistungskonzession zum Betrieb eines weiteren RTW an dem Standort Weiden, voraussichtlich für den Zeitraum von 01.10.2027 bis 30.09.2037 zu vergeben. Mit dem bzw. der ausgewählten Bewerber / Bewerbergemeinschaft wird ein öffentlich-rechtlicher Vertrag geschlossen. Die vertragsgegenständliche Leistung des Konzessionsnehmers besteht in der Vorhaltung und dem Betrieb eines RTW sowie dem Transport von Notfallpatienten bzw. kranken, verletzten oder sonstigen hilfsbedürftigen Personen, die keine Notfallpatienten sind, mittels entsprechend geschulten Personals auf Weisung der Integrierten Leitstelle und grundsätzlich unabhängig von den Grenzen des Rettungsdienstbereichs. Die zu vergebenden Rettungsdienstleistungen sind Gegenstand einer Dienstleistungskonzession (vgl. Art. 13 Abs. 1 S. 1 BayRDG). Leistungsgegenstand ist die Stationierung und der Betrieb eines RTW am Standort. Der RTW kann an der bestehenden Rettungswache in Weiden stationiert werden. Aber auch die Errichtung eines neuen Standortes in dem vorgegebenen Gebiet (siehe Anlage 8 der Auswahlunterlagen) ist zulässig. Der Betrieb des Fahrzeugs erfolgt wöchentlich für 84 Stunden (Montag bis Sonntag, jeweils von 8.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr). Das Fahrzeug soll vorrangig zur Gebietsabsicherung im Versorgungsbereich Weiden-Lohma eingesetzt werden.
