Jedes Jahr organisiert die Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe mehr als 1.000 Veranstaltungen mit über 1,5 Millionen Besuchern aus den Bereichen Messe, Kongress, Tagung, Musik, Sport und Unterhaltung. Europa- oder weltweit führend in ihren Branchen sind die Messen JAGD & HUND, InterTabac und InterSupply, boe international und die CREATIVA. Auf rund 60 Messen präsentieren sich über 9.000 Aussteller. Damit gehört die Messe Dortmund deutschlandweit zu den stärksten Messestandorten für Gastveranstalter und ist Messeplatz Nummer eins in Westfalen. Das Kongresszentrum bietet als größter Tagungskomplex in Westfalen kombinierbare Säle und Hallen für 10 bis 10.000 Gäste. Die Westfalenhalle zählt zu den legendärsten Konzert-, Event- und Rock-Arenen in Europa - denkmalgeschützt und mit einem Fassungsvermögen von bis zu 16.140 Menschen. Auftraggeber ist die Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe GmbH (Tochterunternehmen: Messe Dortmund GmbH, Kongress Dortmund GmbH, Westfalenhalle GmbH). RAUM- UND HALLENANGEBOT: + 9 Messehallen + Kongresszentrum + Westfalenhalle + Tagungshotel + Restaurant + Konferenzräume am Dortmunder Flughafen BESUCHER: + 1,5 Millionen jährlich ANGEBOT: + Publikums-, Fach- und Gastmessen / Kongressmessen / Großevents + Kongresse / Konferenzen / Tagungen / Firmenveranstaltungen + Unterhaltung / Konzerte / Sportevents + Gastronomie / Feiern / Catering Die Auftragnehmerin übernimmt die Durchführung von Brandsicherheitswachen bei Veranstaltungen, Messen und Sonderformaten. Da Art und Umfang der künftig stattfindenden Veranstaltungen nicht absehbar sind, erfolgt die Beauftragung im Rahmen einer Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Zusage eines Mindestabrufs. Gesucht wird eine leistungsfähige und fachkundige Auftragnehmerin, die eine bedarfsgerechte, flexible und qualitätsgesicherte Bereitstellung der genannten Dienstleistungen gewährleistet. Der Vertrag hat eine Grundlaufzeit von 2 Jahren und verlängert sich um 4 Mal ein Jahr, wenn er nicht mit einer Frist von drei Monaten vor Ablauf von dem Auftraggeber schriftlich gekündigt wird. Die Höchstabrufmenge pro Jahr liegt bei 600.000 Euro netto.
