Description

Die AOK Bayern beabsichtigt die Auslagerung (sog. Outtasking) ihrer nachfolgend definierten Prozesse im Bereich der Servicetelefonie. Grundsätzliches Ziel ist die Sicherstellung der aktiven Teilnahme von geeigneten Versicherten an den Versorgungsverträgen der AOK Bayern. Hierbei sollen Versicherte für die Teilnahme an Versorgungsverträgen nach §140a sowie §137f SGB V gewonnen, oder die Beendigung der Teilnahme z. B. aufgrund von im Vorhergehenden sowie aktuellen Behandlungs- und Dokumentationszeitraumes der strukturierten Behandlungsprogramme nach §137f SGBV fehlenden gültigen und für die Durchführung benötigten medizinischen Dokumentationen der behandelnden Ärztin oder des behandelnden Arztes, verhindert werden. Der Auftragnehmer kontaktiert zudem durch die AOK Bayern selektierte Versicherte, welche für eine Teilnahme an einem Versorgungsvertrag in Frage kommen und stellt diesen allgemeinen Informationen zu den Inhalten der Versorgungsverträge vor. Eine individuelle sozialrechtliche Beratung oder Entscheidung über eine Leistungsgewährung ist ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen. Treten im Laufe des Gespräches spezifische Fragen auf, erfolgt eine Weiterleitung des Anliegens durch den Auftragnehmer an die AOK Bayern. Über die Teilnahme des Versicherten an einem Behandlungsprogramm entscheidet in der Regel der behandelnde Arzt/die behandelnde Ärztin.
