Im Rahmen unserer strategischen Weiterentwicklung suchen wir für unser Unternehmen ein innovatives und leistungsfähiges Kundenserviceplattform-System zur zentralen Verwaltung von Kundenbeziehungen über alle Kundenkontaktkanäle hinweg, Ticketing (Case Management), Wissensmanagement und Steuerung von Vertriebsprozessen. Die Plattform muss dabei alle relevanten Kontaktkanäle - wie z. B. Telefon, E-Mail, Fax sowie ggf. weitere Kanäle wie Chat, Webformulare oder soziale Medien - vollständig unterstützen und integrieren, um eine nahtlose und effiziente Kundenkommunikation sicherzustellen. Wichtig ist die Anbindung unserer Billing Lösung SAP ISU (R/3 bzw. S/4HANA). Nach Abschluss des vorgeschalteten Teilnahmewettbewerbs bitten wir die präqualifizierten Bieter ein detailliertes Angebot einzureichen. Die Angebote sollten sowohl funktionale Anforderungen, technische Spezifikationen, Integrationsfähigkeit, Projektumfang, Zeitrahmen als auch Preisstruktur enthalten. Die Beauftragung umfasst die Bestandsaufnahme, die Implementierungsmöglichkeiten inkl. Tests und Schulungen, Modi für den Betrieb (SaaS, Cloud usw.) und Überführung in die Produktivsetzung.
