Beratungsleistungen zur Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Implementierung der Digitalisierung der Basisinfrastruktur und des Reisekostenprozesses für die Institute MPA, MPE und MPCDF. Leistungsinhalt: Der Auftragnehmer erbringt Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen auf Abruf aus einer Rahmenvereinbarung in folgenden Bereichen: - Reisekostenmanagement - Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) - Digitale Signatur (eSignatur) Die Leistungen umfassen im Einzelnen: Analyse und Validierung des Digitalisierungskonzepts, vertiefte Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessoptimierung, Marktanalyse und Markterkundung, Bewertung verfügbarer Lösungen, Erarbeitung einer Beschaffungsstrategie, Unterstützung bei der Leistungsbeschreibung für die Softwarebeschaffung, Begleitung des Vergabeverfahrens zur Softwarebeschaffung, fachliche Begleitung der Implementierung einschließlich Projektsteuerung und Qualitätssicherung sowie Begleitung der Schulungs- und Stabilisierungsphase. Schätzwert: 920 Personentage über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit Höchstmenge: 1.100 Personentage Mindestabnahme: Keine, mit Ausnahme der Bestandsaufnahme Reisekostenmanagement, die bereits mit Zuschlagserteilung beauftragt wird
