Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Abholung, Sortierung, gegebenenfalls Frankierung, Beförderung und Zustellung der täglich anfallenden adressierten Briefsendungen der Soluvia gemäß den Bestimmungen des Postrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (PostModG) in der Fassung vom 18.7.2024 sowie der Leistungsbeschreibung. Bei der Tagespost handelt es sich ausschließlich um Briefsendungen gemäß § 3 Ziffer 6. PostModG. Presseerzeugnisse und inhaltsgleiche Massensendungen mit verlängerten Zustellfristen sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Leistungsbeschreibung. Das jährliche Briefvolumen über alle drei Lose beläuft sich aktuell auf ca. 2.400.000 Briefsendungen. Die entsprechende Losaufteilung ist weiter unten den Losbeschreibungen zu entnehmen. Die Zustellung beim Empfänger erfolgt grundsätzlich im Inland. In geringem Umfang sind Auslandsbriefe zu befördern.
