Auftragsgegenstand sind eine Bauleistungs- und Haftpflichtversicherung, incl. Umwelthaftpflicht-, Umweltschaden und Planungshaftpflichtversicherung (Los 1) sowie Haftpflicht-Exzedenten-Versicherungen (Los 2 und 3)
Gegenstand der Versicherung ist eine kombinierte Bauleistungs- und Haftpflichtversicherung (incl. Planungshaftpflichtversicherung) für die Bauherrin und allen am Projekt beteiligten Unternehmen. 5.1.1 Versicherungssumme und versicherte Limite Die Versicherungssumme entspricht den finalen Herstellungskosten für die Errichtung des LKA in Barleben. Die vorläufige Versicherungssumme beträgt EUR 394.896.535 (brutto). Eine Versicherungssumme auf Erstes Risiko für Sachen im Gefahrenbereich in Höhe von EUR 2.500.000 ist Bestandteil des Versicherungsschutzes. Die Deckungssummen im Teil Haftpflichtversicherungen betragen jeweils 3-fach maximiert über die Vertragslaufzeit • EUR 10.000.000 pauschal für Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden in der Haftpflicht-, • EUR 10.000.000 pauschal für Personen-, Sach- und Vermögensschäden in der Umwelthaftpflicht- und • EUR 10.000.000 pauschal Sach- und Vermögensschäden in der Planungshaftpflichtversicherung und einfach maximiert über die Vertragslaufzeit • EUR 10.000.000 pauschal Sach- und Vermögensschäden in der Umweltschadenversicherung.
