Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) is procuring planning, delivery and fitting-out of 2 modular control stations (main and emergency control) for the Reiherstieg lock in the port of Hamburg. The buildings must be constructed exclusively in modular form, with foundations and base slabs prepared by the client. The contract is awarded to a general contractor covering BIM-based detailed design (HOAI phases 1 to 5), a logistics concept, fitting-out and commissioning including interface with the electrical contractor, site management and BIM-based as-built documentation.
