Diese Vorinformation dient der Vorankündigung von geplanten nationalen Ausschreibungen nach VOB/A. +++ Bei der geplanten Maßnahme handelt es sich um die Ausführungsarbeiten für die Generalsanierung des Freibades in Gladenbach-Weidenhausen. Das vorhandene Infrastrukturgebäude wird saniert und um einen Anbau für die Badewassertechnik erweitert. Alle technischen Anlagen für Wasser, Heizung, Lüftung, Kühlung und Badewassertechnik werden erneuert. Die vorhandenen beiden Beton-Schwimmbecken werden durch ein Edelstahl- Mehrzweckbecken mit Wassertiefen von 0,75 - 2,0 m ersetzt und dabei teilweise erhalten und ausgekleidet. Ein neues Kinderplanschbecken mit zwei Höhen und Wasserattraktionen, ebenfalls aus Edelstahl, entsteht. Die Gesamtanlage wird durch neue Rampen rollstuhlgerecht hergestellt. +++ Die Ausführungsarbeiten für die Gebäudehülle werden nach aktuellem Stand in 13 Gewerke gegliedert, mit folgenden geschätzten Auftragswerten (alle Angaben in netto) und geplanten Ausführungszeiträumen: -- Erd-, Mauer-, Betonarbeiten, 705.000 Euro, Ausführung November 2025 bis September 2026, -- Edelstahlbecken, 960.000 Euro, Ausführung März 2026 bis Juli 2026, -- Abbrucharbeiten, 110.000 Euro, Ausführung November 2025 bis Februar 2026, -- Zimmerarbeiten, 28.000 Euro, Ausführung Mai 2026 bis Juni 2026, -- Dachdeckerarbeiten, 62.000 Euro, Ausführung Juni 2026 bis Juli 2026, -- Außenanlagen, 300.000 Euro, Ausführung Oktober 2026 bis April 2027, -- Badetechnische Anlagen, 1.000.000 Euro, Ausführung März 2026 bis April 2027, -- Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnische Anlagen, 220.000 Euro, Ausführung März 2026 bis April 2027, -- Solarabsorber, 50.000 Euro, Ausführung März 2026 bis April 2027, -- Wärmepumpentechnik, 70.000 Euro, Ausführung März 2026 bis April 2027, -- Elektrotechnische Anlagen, 430.000 Euro, Ausführung Mai 2026 bis April 2027, -- Schaltschrankbau, 130.000 Euro, Ausführung September 2026 bis April 2027, -- Erdspeicher, 120.000 Euro, Ausführung Oktober 2026 bis April 2027.
