The Aperlena Verdict

Open race

No supplier dominates: 35 different companies have won the last 40 comparable contracts from this buyer over 5 years. This is a genuinely open race.

Based on 40 comparable awards by this buyer in this sector over 5 years. Every verdict is recorded before the outcome and graded against the award notice. How we score ourselves.

Summary

Machine-generated summary

The tender covers building automation works for the newly constructed DHZC building. Main quantities include around 32 plant automation control centres, around 50 room automation control centres, around 120 room automation distribution boards, around 3 network cabinets and around 73,000 data points for plant and room automation. The contracting authority expects planning services that optimise construction processes and commissioning management, and secure risk and fault management, with technical and sustainability-oriented optimisation of execution methods. During this negotiated procedure, bidders may submit optimisation proposals focused on prefabricated modular systems, which will be assessed technically and economically. Special requirements under Berlin procurement law apply; documents are available on the Charité procurement platform.
