Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin schreibt im Zuge der Sanierung des Aschheim-Zondek-Hauses die Bodenbeläge - Trockenestrich aus. Das 1837 durch den Architekten Ludwig Ferdinand Hesse als "Pockenhaus" errichtete Aschheim-Zondek-Haus befindet sich im nördlichen Teil des Charité Campus Mitte. Es ist das älteste noch erhaltene Gebäude der Charité. Es ist als Einzeldenkmal in der Berliner Denkmalliste eingetragen. Das Aschheim-Zondek-Haus wird derzeit als Forschungshaus mit Laboren und Diensträumen der Institute Neuropathologie und Neurochirurgie genutzt. Das Gebäude ist stark sanierungsbedürftig und soll umfangreich saniert werden. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten sind folgenden Leistungen: In den Obergeschossen sollen Trockenestriche / Fertigteilestrich aus Gipsfaserplatten verlegt werden. In den Bürobereichen werden Bodenbeläge aus Teppich verlegt, in Technikbereichen aus Linoleum und Kautschuk. Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG), siehe Vergabeunterlagen.
