Die beteiligten Kassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Golimumab zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Biologika-Verfahrens der beteiligten Kassen: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die beteiligten Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.12.2025. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 30.11.2027, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Ziel ist der Abschluss von Arzneimittelrabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Golimumab im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens.
