Description

Die beteiligten Kassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Tocilizumab zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Biologika-Verfahrens der beteiligten Kassen: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die beteiligten Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.05.2026. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 30.04.2028, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Ein Beitritt zu diesem Open-House-Verfahren ist innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit jederzeit möglich. Die gemachten Angaben zur Bindefrist sind vorliegend nicht relevant und ausschließlich den zwingenden Vorgaben des Formulars geschuldet Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Ziel ist der Abschluss von Arzneimittelrabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Tocilizumab im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens.
