Ziel des Auftrags ist die Durchführung einer Organisationsanalyse sowie die Entwicklung und Bewertung belastbarer Struktur- und Handlungsoptionen für die zukünftige Ausgestaltung der GTAI. Die Beratungsleistung soll fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Weiterentwicklung der Organisationsstruktur, der Governance- und Steuerungsmechanismen sowie der zukünftigen Aufgaben- und Ressourcenverteilung schaffen. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Analyse der bestehenden Organisationsstruktur, die Entwicklung und Bewertung von Strukturvarianten sowie die Erarbeitung entscheidungsreifer Handlungsempfehlungen unter Berücksichtigung organisatorischer, rechtlicher, wirtschaftlicher und zuwendungsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen. Die Ergebnisse dienen der Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen der Geschäftsführung, des Aufsichtsrats und der Gesellschafterin zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der GTAI.
