Description

Ziel der Vergabe ist die Beauftragung einer geeigneten Auftragnehmerin, die die Auftraggeberin im Rahmen einer Rahmenvereinbarung bei der Konzeption, Produktion und Postproduktion von Bewegtbildformaten unterstützt. Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Unterstützung der Auftraggeberin durch eine Auftragnehmerin bei der Konzeption, Produktion und Postproduktion von Bewegtbildinhalten. Der Leistungsgegenstand umfasst die Herstellung unterschiedlicher audiovisueller Formate, insbesondere Filme, Animationen und Interviews, einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen vorbereitenden, produktionellen und nachgelagerten Leistungen. Die Leistungen können verschiedene Ausprägungen annehmen, darunter sowohl aktuelle Dreharbeiten als auch die Bearbeitung und Postproduktion von vorliegendem Material der Auftraggeberin sowie gegebenenfalls Studioproduktionen. Die Leistungserbringung kann im In und Ausland erfolgen. Die Leistungen dienen der externen Kommunikation der Auftraggeberin, insbesondere der Bewerbung des Investitionsstandorts Deutschland, der Unterstützung der deutschen Exportwirtschaft sowie der Darstellung der Auftraggeberin, ihrer Themen und ihrer Expertinnen und Experten. Die Beauftragung erfolgt im Rahmen einer Rahmenvereinbarung, auf deren Grundlage die Auftraggeberin einzelne Leistungen nach Bedarf abruft. Im Falle eines konkreten Leistungsbedarfs kontaktiert die Auftraggeberin die Auftragnehmerin. Diese erstellt daraufhin auf Grundlage der angefragten Leistung einen Kostenvoranschlag, der sämtliche zur Leistungserbringung erforderlichen Leistungen und Preispositionen um-fasst. Die Leistungserbringung darf erst nach schriftlicher Genehmigung des Kostenvoranschlags durch die Auftraggeberin beginnen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird mit einer maximalen Laufzeit von vier Jahren (inklusive Verlängerungen) geschlossen. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 2.000.000 EUR netto (zzgl. Umsatzsteuer) und stellt keine Abnahmeverpflichtung der Auftraggeberin dar. Ein Anspruch der Auftragnehmerin auf eine bestimmte Anzahl von Abrufen oder auf ein bestimmtes Auftragsvolumen besteht nicht.
