Udbuddet vedrører en Rammeaftale på levering af computere og skærme og Apple-enheder Formålet med udbuddet er at opnå de bedste og mest bæredygtige computere til prisen. På denne baggrund, vil kontrakten skulle hjælpe Ordregiver med at opnå kvalitetscomputere som også er bæredygtige til en god pris igennem hele aftaleperioden. Det er derfor afgørende for Ordregiver, at tilbudsgiverne i deres tilbud fokuserer på kvaliteten og bæredygtigheden, samt prisen. Serviceinformation: SDU har erfaret, at tilbudsgivere ofte utilsigtet vedhæfter deres egne standardvilkår og en formel tilbudsformular ud over det efterspurgte tilbudsliste (Bilag 2). For at undgå misforståelser vil vi gerne fremhæve, at enhver uoverensstemmelse mellem udbudsmaterialet og tilbudsgiverens indsendte materiale - herunder konflikter med SDU’s kontraktudkast - vil blive betragtet som forbehold. Hvis disse forbehold vedrører væsentlige elementer, kan SDU være nødsaget til at afvise tilbuddet. Vi opfordrer derfor venligst tilbudsgivere til kun at vedhæfte de efterspurgte dokumenter for at minimere risikoen for, at deres tilbud ikke bliver taget i betragtning.
