Description

Formålet er at modernisere faciliteter og øge kapaciteten, så Odense Stadion lever op til fremtidens krav for afvikling af professionelle fodboldkampe. Projektet fokuserer på at bygge videre på det eksisterende stadions konstruktioner, kvaliteter og identitet. Et centralt element i moderniseringen er lukningen af stadionets fire hjørner med nye tilskuerafsnit. Totalrådgiveraftalen og hovedentrepriseaftalen udbydes som to delaftaler - delaftale 1 og delaftale 2. Delaftalerne udbydes i konkurrencepræget dialog, idet Odense Kommune har vurderet, at det vil være nødvendigt med en dialog om henholdsvis totalrådgiverens og hovedentreprenørens kontraktforhold, og om de tekniske vilkår for at sikre, at totalrådgivere og entreprenører med de rette kompetencer kan byde på projektet. Totalrådgiveren og hovedentreprenøren skal indgå i et integreret samarbejde og forpligter sig til samarbejdet i en fælles samarbejdsaftale med Odense Kommune. Udbuddet vedrører modernisering af Odense Stadion. Udbuddet er delt op i to delaftaler. Delaftale 1 vedrører totalrådgiveren og delaftale 2 vedrører hovedentreprenøren.
