Projektet omfatter renovering af 3 forskellige bygningstyper og arbejdet er opdelt i 3 etaper. Etape 1 består af etagebyggeri opført i tegl, renoveringsarbejdet omfatter primært udvendige arbejder. Alle vinduer udskiftes og der opmures teglfacade. Eksisterede lukkede altaner renoveres. Beboere genhuses ikke. Etape 2 består at 2 etagers betonelementbyggeri med indeliggende altaner og altangange. Der udføres en total ombygning/renovering inkl. nye trapper, altaner, altangange og indbygning af elevator. Beboere vil være genhuset. Etape 3 består at 5 fritliggende bygning med hver 4 boliger. Renoveringsarbejdet omfatter nye teglfacader, nye kviste og nye badeværelser. Alle vinduer og døre udskiftes. Beboere genhuses ikke. Alle installationer udskiftes, gælder alle 3 etaper. Friarealer renoveres med belægninger, beplantninger, inventar m.v. samt fornyelse af spilde og regnvandsledninger. Arbejdet opdeles i etaper, og beboere i tilgængelighedsboliger vil være genhuset, når der udføres arbejder i lejligheden, og der skal tages hensyn til øvrige beboere i bebyggelsen.
