Den udbudte opgave omfatter etablering af et nyt lager- og logistikcenter til Esbjerg Sygehus på adressen Edison Park 13, 6715 Esbjerg N. Opgaven udbydes i totalentreprise på grundlag af byggeprogram. Der er tale om nybyggeri på ca. 2.500 m2 brutto. Se forventet tidsplan for projektet i hovedtidsplan i udbudsmaterialet. Kontraktværdien skønnes til 42,5 mio. kr. foruden optioner. Hvis optioner medregnes, skønnes kontraktværdien til 46,45 mio. kr. Den udbudte opgave omfatter etablering af et nyt lager- og logistikcenter til Esbjerg Sygehus på adressen Edison Park 13, 6715 Esbjerg Ø.
