Opgaven omfatter opførelse af 56 nye almene boliger samt et fælleshus og udendørsarealer i totalentreprise indenfor den økonomiske ramme. 56 boliger samt fælleshus skal opføres på matrikel nr. 17bb og 17 bc Bellinge By, Bellinge med et areal på 4.987 m². Med projektet ønsker Civica at skabe rammerne for et levende og fremtidssikret boligmiljø, hvor grøn omstilling og fællesskab er en naturlig del af hverdagen. Bebyggelsen forventes at kunne tiltrække en alsidig beboersammensætning, ved at tilbyde forskellige måder at bo på, et kvalitetsrigt og trygt nærmiljø, indbydende uderum og arkitektonisk kvalitet. Bellinge Fælled er allerede et attraktivt boligområde i den sydvestlige del af Odense med god adgang til skole, daginstitutioner, grønne områder og kollektiv trafik. Området er præget af et familievenligt miljø og et stærkt lokalt fællesskab. En ny almen familieboligafdeling vil kunne bidrage positivt til lokalmiljøet, ved at understøtte et differentieret boligudbud, der kan tiltrække en bred variation af borgere.
