Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky „Implementace 5G/FRMCS na železničním koridoru Praha - Č. Třebová - Brno/Ostrava, 2. etapa - Výstavba BTS pro 5G, úsek Praha - Česká Třebová“ je: a) Zhotovení Projektové dokumentace pro povolení stavby dopravní infrastruktury (DPS), která specifikuje předmět Díla v takovém rozsahu, aby ji bylo možno projednat v řízení o povolení záměru, získat pravomocné povolení záměru (povolení stavby) dle zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, (dále jen „stavební zákon“), včetně Stanoviska oznámeného subjektu ve fázi vydání povolení záměru a manuálu údržby. b) Zpracování a podání žádosti o vydání povolení záměru podle stavebního zákona, včetně všech vyžadovaných podkladů, jejímž výsledkem bude vydání povolení záměru. c) Zhotovení Projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dráhy (PDPS), která rozpracuje a vymezí požadavky na stavbu do podrobností, které specifikují předmět Díla se zohledněním konkrétních výrobků, dodávaných technologií, technologických postupů a výrobních podmínek Zhotovitele stavby. PDPS bude realizována pouze v rozsahu pro infrastrukturu veřejných operátorů - viz upřesnění rozsahu Díla v čl. 4.2 Zvláštních technických podmínek. d) Výkon Dozoru projektanta při zhotovení PDPS a při provádění stavby, a to pouze v rozsahu pro infrastrukturu veřejných operátorů - viz upřesnění rozsahu Díla v čl. 4.2 Zvláštních technických podmínek. e) Zhotovení stavby v rozsahu podle schválené PDPS a v souladu s pravomocným povolením záměru (povolením stavby). Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
