Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Karlovy Vary is procuring the preparation of a Rainwater Management Concept for urban greenery and public spaces, taking into account the specific character of the spa town, including protection zones of natural medicinal water sources. The concept must follow Czech and EU legislation and technical standards, look ahead to 2050, and align with the Czech national climate adaptation strategy. It focuses on using rainwater for vegetation rather than comprehensive drainage planning. The document is intended for the city's greenery manager Lázeňské lesy a parky Karlovy Vary, municipal departments, road administrators and designers preparing reconstructions of public spaces. It must propose concrete, localized measures for street trees, parks and other vegetation areas and support long-term planning of blue-green infrastructure and investment in public space reconstruction.

Description

Koncepce bude vycházet z principů hospodaření s dešťovými vodami při respektování státní a evropské legislativy i aktuálních národních technických norem a standardů.

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €61,407
€35,002 to €59,565

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 79% of their published estimate, half of them between 57% and 97%, based on 906 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
