Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro vydání změny povolení záměru (stavby) před dokončením (dále také DPZ), dokumentace pro provádění stavby (dále také DPS) a výkon dozoru projektanta (dále také DP) při realizaci stavby číslo 13058 - Rekonstrukce objektu LUNA na ul. Lidická. Rekonstrukce objektu LUNA spočívá ve vnitřních a částečně i venkovních stavebních úpravách stávajícího objektu. Objekt i po rekonstrukci bude využíván jako domov pro seniory. Předmětem projektu jsou úpravy prováděné ve stávajícím oploceném areálu Domova pro seniory v Havířově. Jedná se o pětipodlažní komplex zkolaudovaný v roce 1994, k němuž náleží přízemní přístavba energocentra a příslušné obslužné komunikace a cesty. Rekonstrukcí se nezvyšuje počet užitných podlaží či velikost objektu (dostavba se odehraje v rámci stávajícího půdorysu na ustoupených střešních rovinách) a nemění se ani konstrukční systém. Hlavním výsledkem bude modernizace a zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb, úprava dispozičního řešení, důsledné řešení evakuace a únikových cest, stavebně konstrukčních parametrů a technické vybavení objektu, zateplení a výměna obvodových oken a dveří. Celková kapacita ubytovaných seniorů po rekonstrukci bude 217. Stávající počet je 185, tzn. nový počet bude tedy o 32 ubytovaných seniorů více.
